1. Your consent to the collection and processing of personal data

By agreeing to the privacy terms and conditions of Realcoach OÜ (hereinafter Realcoach), you give us your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending you news, offers and other relevant (e.g. blog posts, events, including trainings, seminars and workshops, etc.) information a maximum of 3 times a month.

The principles set out below do not apply to the processing of data of legal entities, including companies, institutions or organisations, and do not cover the processing of personal data on websites or service environments referred to on the Realcoach website or service environments (external links).

The person representing the company, institution or organisation (as a service subscriber) is not a natural person, but an authorised representative of a legal entity, whose processing of personal data is not regulated by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

By using the Realcoach website and social media channels, you agree to have read and accepted these principles and conditions. We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions of the privacy policy if necessary, informing all related parties.

2. What personal data, how and for what purpose do we collect?

Personal data is data that Realcoach OÜ collects to provide a service, identify a person, contact a person, resolve questions or deliver marketing content.

– When visiting our website, non-personal technical data is collected about the visitor. Technical data is limited to the Internet address of the computer or computer network used (IP address), the software version of the computer’s web browser and operating system, the time of visit (time, date, year) and place. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Data is collected about visits to and stays on the website in order to improve the websites and service environments based on this and make them more convenient for visitors.

– We use the automated tool Google Analytics to collect the data described above. If you do not want to transmit this data about yourself, you can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics at any time, as described here.

– For the processing of data of natural persons, we collect, if necessary, a personal identification number or date of birth to identify uniqueness, and for communication and providing relevant content, name, email address, mobile phone number, position and company/institution/organization.

– For the processing of data of legal persons, we collect the registration number, VAT number, name, address, names of contact persons representing the legal entity and their email addresses and phone numbers for contact and invoicing.

– In the case of marketing messages sent to email, we may collect information about your communication, such as whether you opened the email, which links you clicked on, which devices you used for this and what the technical characteristics of the devices are. This information is saved in the history of each contact. We may also evaluate the previous behavior of our contacts before sending the newsletter (data obtained from contact history, participation in organized events, etc.) so that we can send you more personalized messages by email. Realcoach has a legitimate interest in understanding the needs and preferences of our contacts in order to provide more relevant information.

– We may process your name and email address or mobile phone number for marketing purposes, including in social media and online marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google). For these purposes, we process your personal data for up to five years from the date of adding your contacts to our contact database. Realcoach OÜ has a legitimate interest (GDPR Art 6(1)(f)) in sending marketing content to our contacts in order to maintain a business relationship with them.

Consent to the collection of related and necessary personal data for the service is given by the subscriber when ordering the service by adding a consent mark in the box provided for this purpose at the time of ordering the service.

3. How do we process your data?

We treat all personal data that we receive as confidential.

Realcoach does not process sensitive personal data listed in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR or EU Regulation 2016/679).

For the purposes of processing personal data listed in the previous section, the data is accessed by Realcoach OÜ employees who use all security measures in their work that concern the processing of your data.

Personal data processed by Realcoach may be transferred without the consent of the person only to an institution or person who has a direct legal right to do so (such as a court or pre-trial proceeding) and a justified need.

4. How do we protect your personal data?

Realcoach is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of its clients and treats all personal data that comes to our attention as confidential.

Realcoach’s online activities comply with all relevant activities and relevant European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Realcoach takes all precautions (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the personal data collected. Access to change and process data is only available to authorized persons.

5. How long do we store your data?

Non-personal technical data collected on websites and service environments is stored indefinitely.

We process your name and email address or mobile phone number for marketing purposes in social media and online marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google) for up to 5 years from the date of adding your contacts to the contact database.

Personal data related to personalized inquiries and/or transactions are stored for up to 7 years from the last interaction with the service provider due to the obligation to prove transactions in the Accounting Act. Interaction includes, among others, responding to direct marketing by viewing or clicking on a link.

6. What are your rights with respect to the personal data we use?

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or removal from our contact database. To do this, please submit a free-form request to the e-mail address info@realcoach.ee. We will respond to you within 7 days at the latest.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters, you can do so via the link provided in the footer of each letter.

The supervisory authority for the processing of personal data is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).

7. Cookies

We use cookies on our website to make it more user-friendly and to provide more relevant content.

Many web browsers allow you to avoid third-party cookies. If enabled by your settings, your web browser will only allow cookies from the web service you are currently visiting to be stored by the website. You can make this selection in your web browser settings (this selection will exclude all third-party cookies).

You can clear your cookie cache through your web browser settings. Deleting a cookie will delete the unique identifier stored in your browser cache along with the associated web-based profile. Deleting a cookie cache will not prevent new cookies from being stored in the future.
