Experimental workshop for teams: managing everyday emotions

Psychologist Daniel Kahneman won the Nobel Prize for his research, which proved that people do not make decisions based on rational considerations, but on emotions. The ability to recognize and manage our emotions is an important skill that helps us be better companions to our colleagues, loved ones, and cope with life’s challenges, including stress. This skill is called emotional intelligence or emotional wisdom.

Emotional intelligence is also one of the foundations of an organization’s psychological capital – the more secure and optimistic each person feels in the organization, the less work stress there is and the more integrated and capable the team is. It is difficult, if not impossible, to achieve a long-term competitive advantage without positive psychological capital.

In the workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn something new about emotions and experience your emotional intelligence, during which you will explore and discover through experience:

one's own behavior, thought patterns, feelings,

your own functioning in a group, your relationships with other group members - when does cooperation work well and when does it not?

how to learn to trust others and yourself,

what are your own behavioral patterns, resources and obstacles

new solutions, try different ways of behaving, experience different perspectives.

Studies have proven that actions affect us more than thoughts, therefore, in addition to theory, this workshop also includes various exercises and experiments in smaller and larger groups, where everyone gets the best result for themselves through active participation, communication, and sharing.
