I definitely recommend working with Realcoach when you have reached a point in your organization where internal resources to initiate change have been exhausted and a neutral party or outside perspective is needed to bring in new solutions.

I have also tried supervisors, simple communication and team training, but so far they have not been effective.

Realcoach’s methods were practical and humane, and I liked that during the process both the journey and the means to reach the destination were changed several times. With the support of Realcoach, we restored trusting relationships in the management, the atmosphere became more positive and courageous, and it is now safer to rely on each other.

So, you have a team of best professionals in their field and, in addition to getting the job done effectively, you also care about them truly collaborate and share enthusiasm and responsibilities… Yes, but how can you achieve this? What could be the formula for success? Well, based on our experience, we can say that one method that really works is team coaching.

Take a look at the questions below, to which a large number of team leaders have at one point or another sought solutions and found them with the help of team coaching.

Does it seem to you that your team members may have a slightly different understanding of the shared vision and goals, causing confusion and hesitation in priorities?

Have you noticed that there are communication problems in the team that inhibit cooperation and cause misunderstandings?

Do you even notice how unresolved conflicts continue to cause tension and affect team performance and morale?

It is clear that when it comes to roles and responsibilities, there is a lack of clarity, which on the one hand leads to duplication, on the other hand to omissions, and this causes a decrease in the performance of the entire team?

Is one team member perhaps no longer as motivated or even committed as before, and this is also affecting everyone else's energy and even their pursuit of team goals?

Or do some team members want to shine brightly instead of collectively achieving the team's success and goals?

Are you struggling to build trust and psychological safety within your team so that members feel comfortable sharing ideas or feedback?

Have problems around decision-making led to missed deadlines, indecision, or even a lack of consensus within the team?

Does your team struggle to balance short-term tasks with long-term strategic thinking, resulting in constant “firefighting” when you would prefer a proactive approach?

Now what do you think? Shall we start looking for solutions together?

Since team coaching is a rather time-consuming process, to make sure that it will definitely benefit you, you can first try a quick team performance check.

We can guarantee that it is significantly more informative than any satisfaction survey, plus you will also get real recommendations and tools on how to overcome the challenges that have arisen.

How does team coaching work?

During the sessions, we mainly focus on the following topic areas:

  • Communication – we find ways to improve communication and information exchange both within the team and with stakeholders or external parties.
  • Clarity – we jointly formulate the team’s goals, strategies, values, roles and expectations.
  • Co-creation – we work with the team’s behavioral patterns, beliefs and conflicts to improve group dynamics and interaction.
  • We formulate a vision for the future and team goals and set an action plan.

The entire process is open and flexible, which means that the main input comes from the team, to which the coach adds self- and team management tools and techniques and also teaches how to apply a coaching approach, conflict resolution methods and methods for conducting successful meetings.

Step 1: in-depth interviews with team members (especially key people) are held with the coach, during which the main areas for development are mapped.

Step 2: The coach conducts an in-depth interview analysis and presents the results to the manager.

Step 3: Based on the results, the coach and the team manager prepare a training plan.

Step 4: According to the plan, coaching sessions and workshops will take place once a month, for a total of 4-6 days.

Additionally: in the interim period, the coach will make so-called check-in calls to the team manager and observe some meetings.

The entire process lasts approximately 5 – 6 months to ensure the participants’ continuous development and letting go of old patterns. We focus on practical exercises and communication, which ultimately strengthen the team’s sense of unity and mutual understanding.

Results

In addition to solving the challenges listed above:

  • Internal tensions are reduced: communication becomes more open and clarity in roles, tasks and responsibilities is achieved
  • A sense of belonging is created: increased trust and open communication create a more positive internal climate in general.
  • Efficiency and stability are achieved: continuous development and smoother cooperation increase performance and ensure stability.
  • A vision is set and firm steps are taken towards it: instead of putting out current fires, the focus is directed towards achieving future goals.
  • The leader’s self-confidence grows and he gains important skills to better support his team, notice and better utilize the strengths of his members, and ultimately reduce labor turnover.
